| Hi, I just wanted to say a huge thank you to you for arranging the delivery of my cats to Cambridge. I know that there was a problem with their clearance due to Thai Airways losing their paperwork and I really wanted to thank you for being so accommodating and understanding. You were brilliant at keeping in contact with my mum and with Jim from Jalsa and she really went out of her way to help get Honey and Samson delivered to my mums house for which we are really grateful.
